- Support a range of complex programs, leading strategic fixture supplier planning, and creating and improving processes while program managing multiple development efforts concurrently.- Work with appropriate teams through compliance and regulatory issues. Update fixtures as necessary to stay compliant and ahead of future country and partner requirements.
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of retail fixture engineering and production/operations processes
- Expertise in installation methods for large-scale fixture executions in global retail environments
- Strong retail operations and finance background with budgeting experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings in various formats
- Strong computational ability, with expertise in Excel/Numbers
- Understanding of import/export regulations and compliance standards, including recommendations on material selections
- Ability to influence and build consensus with key stakeholders across multiple disciplines and drive successful outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to management required. Solid track record working with diverse teams and high level leadership
- Travel required both domestic and international (10%)
- CAD familiarity a plus
- Proficient in Keynote
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
