Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Head of Talent Analytics to effectively manage a dynamic portfolio initiatives, shape team strategy and roadmaps, and establish operating practices and rhythms
Work effectively with teammates from Talent, Technology, Legal and other functions to shepherd and progress analytics projects and initiatives
Coordinate change management in partnership with relevant teams to maximize the impact of analytics initiatives and establish mechanisms to measure their success
Identify and deploy process and operational improvements across the Talent Analytics team and our partner ecosystem
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program and product management
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management, executive influence, and partnership
Strong business acumen and a user-centric mindset
Ease operating in a complex, cross-functional, geo-distributed organization
Highly adaptable and comfort navigating ambiguity and change
Exceptional communication across technical, non-technical teams, and levels of seniority
Preferred Qualifications:
Domain experience in data and analytics and driving impactful business outcomes
Experience in HR data and analytics, ideally within a People Analytics team
This role can based out of our Los Gatos or Los Angeles offices with a flexible schedule.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $280,000.
