Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead the IT systems team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Manage recruitment, create development plans, and implement comprehensive training programs to build a high-performing team.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, meeting KPIs, and maintaining a service oriented team. Address customer issues promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
  • Technology Integration: Stay current with technology trends, optimize processes, and integrate tools that align with industry standards to enhance team performance.
  • System Implementation: Research, plan, and oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies. Direct the efforts of systems analysts, developers, support specialists, and other IT staff.
  • Infrastructure Development: Develop infrastructure to support our hundreds of users and ensure the smooth running of all IT systems.
  • Strategic Contribution: Play a crucial role in decision-making processes and drive the organization's IT strategy, aligning it with overall development goals.
  • Automation: Focus on automating routine tasks to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT support, including at least 3 years in system administration on cloud platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS (Linux experience is a plus).
  • Scripting experience.
  • Basic network configuration and understanding.
  • AWS experience is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Okta management, including application setup, IDPs, device assurance, and security policies.
  • Familiarity with leading SaaS solutions - Google Workspace,Microsoft 365, Palo Alto cloud, Monday etc.
  • Experience in planning and executing migrations and rollouts for Miium to large organizations.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken).
  • A security-focused mindset alongside IT and user experience expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver tasks on time.
  • A team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
