Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience acting as an advisor to executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Experience developing and growing client accounts through consultative sales or upselling.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience working in a structured organization.
2 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies , especially with Google Ads Solutions.
Understand Big Data, AI and business intelligence market trends.
Ability to work towards goals in a changing environment; with proven dedication to client services.
Excellent leadership, influencing, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
