In this role, you will:

• Manages due diligence, document processing, research,financial/statisticalanalysis, etc. related to a transaction

• Works with higher level staff to understand client needs and requirements and coordinates efforts to service clients by working closely with loan administration departments

• May be responsible for conducting complex credit investigations and analyzing complex credit information

• Monitors loan agreement compliance

• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) and/or servicing commercial mortgages

• A BS/BA degree or higher

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

• Solid problem solving and decision-making skills

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong technical writing skills

• Experience in reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate loan documents and deal documents
