You will work with innovative technology to protect our customers key applications from advanced cyber threats. You make contributions through meaningful project work. You will be able to deepen knowledge of the web application security field, web architecture, and protocols.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning and gaining in-depth experience in network security to support our customers
  • Resolving support cases for our worldwide enterprise customers to ensure a swift resolution
  • Ensuring customer success is achieved through maintaining high satisfaction throughout all engagements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional security teams to assess issues and deliver solutions

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have knowledge in areas such as Networking , Virtualization (Linux and Firewall experience are a must)
  • Have excellent spoken and written English
  • Be familiar or have an understanding and interest in Scripting, Cloud Services Admin or Configuration management
  • Have an understanding or experience in troubleshooting and deploying software or networking equipment
  • Be a fast learner and self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
  • Have previous experience with cybersecurity/firewall companies
