Lead the migration of GEHC’s websites to Adobe Experience Manager and serve as the business owner of the web experience.
Prioritize the development backlog by maintaining and enhancing a scoring model that considers business impact and development effort.
Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives, industry challenges, and growth opportunities.
Work seamlessly with peers in Global Digital Marketing and functional marketing teams to develop journey-based digital marketing strategies and programs.
Build positive relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to activate and drive adoption of digital experience best practices.
Ensure end-to-end alignment on improvements and opportunities with Sales, Brand, Marketing, UX, and IT teams.
Surface and prioritize customer issues in existing web experiences, leveraging customer insights and best practices.
Stay updated on changes to GEHC’s audiences, business strategies, marketing strategies, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Utilize customer-centric tools such as journey maps, personas, and Voice of the Customer feedback data to inform decision-making.
Make compelling recommendations to enhance digital experiences using data and customer insights.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 7+ years of digital marketing experience across web, social, search, email, events, or paid media.
3+ years of experience managing or optimizing websites.
Prior experience migrating enterprise CMS platforms, with a strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager experience.
Experience working directly with developers, designers, and analysts.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform and prioritize roadmaps.
