Job Area:
Join our innovative tech company as a Paid Media Manager and drive the success of our advertising efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across various digital and traditional media platforms to enhance our brand and product visibility and drive demand for our products and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Align with various business stakeholders to understand the business need and craft a well thought-out media brief for media agency. Collaborate with media agency to develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business and campaign objectives. Innovate and implement campaign initiatives that effectively target consumers and B2B audiences across both digital and traditional media.
Campaign Management: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from concept to execution, including media brief development, user journey mapping and budget management.
Analytics and Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance. Analyze data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in partnership with various departments, such as product marketing, to align our paid media strategies with the broader marketing objectives and company goals. Engage closely with the creative and campaign teams to ensure that all advertising content and messaging are in sync with our overall brand strategies.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns. Act as the point of contact for all things related to paid media.
Data & Ad Tech Execution: Collaborate and align closely with martech team to ensure campaigns are tagged appropriately and data is flowing through our CDP. Continuously make effort to leverage Adobe tools available to us to make our customer experience more personal.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing platforms and technologies, including programmatic advertising, SEM, social media platforms, and traditional media channels.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and other relevant digital marketing software.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to turn analysis into effective marketing strategies.
Experience managing enterprise SEO marketing, including keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO components.
Proven track record in managing SEM, including budget management, bid management, conversion tracking, and ad copywriting.
Experience in managing agency relationships.

Pay range:
$125,000.00 - $187,000.00
