The role will involve:
Monitoring and analyzing metrics for initiatives and solutions, and making recommendations to drive improvements to enhance value and sustainability
Providing support to key Executive Talent and Performance activities to raise the bar, support the promotion, and galvanize the mobility of our VP+ population in a well-managed and intentional way
Serving as a key thought partner and project manager on emerging strategic initiatives across our portfolio (e.g., Elevating Product, people leadership capabilities)
Leading ad hoc talent analyses to meet senior business leader needs quickly and efficiently
Managing and performing on HR-related process or programs, investigates and make recommendations and decisions in gray space, initiate program/process improvements to mitigate risks and optimize delivery
Developing programs and routines that ensure connectivity and visibility across the portfolio, including our Monthly Partner Update, people leadership sessions, and team learning investments
Work to further enable and engage our HR team through through creation of innovative programs and partnership with HR administrative assistant community
Connecting dots and influencing across multiple cross-functional teams, client organizations and groups without direct authority, while also collaborating to identify solutions that can achieve shared results
Leading and developing change management plans in support of organizational changes, as needed
Staying current with external trends, best practices, and innovations and infusing these into work products
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 2 years of work experience in Project Management, HR Business Partnership, or on a Chief of Staff team
At least 1 year of data analysis experience conducting analyses to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional analytical capabilities and ability to consult on thorny problems by extracting insights
Track record of complex project management, a bias to action and extraordinary attention to detail
Proven ability to influence leaders, think creatively, participate fully and work collaboratively to develop and execute product strategies, solutions and experiences
Strong forward lean; proactively anticipates business needs, manages stakeholder expectations, and operates exceptionally in gray space
Skilled at balancing both disruption and consensus-building while driving forward complex initiatives
Exceptional coaching and consulting skills, with demonstrated self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of the audience
Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders and associates
Passion for learning with a growth mindset
