What you'll do:
Key responsibilities include quarterly planning of product and technology roadmaps for Walmart Business web application, technical oversight of execution and operations of the web application and management of 20+ person organization via mentorship, oversight and growth planning. All achieved in close collaboration with product, UX, technical program management and other engineering leaders on the team.
What you'll bring:
- 10 -12 years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience in leading large team as a manager.
- Experience in B2B e-commerce
- Experience and confidence to operate in a very fast paced environment.
- Laser focus on weekly feature delivery into hands of customers
- Consistent focus on platform thinking and its connection to long term product vision.
- Sound experience maintaining and improving CICD pipeline.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control
- Out of the box thinking on improvements to organizational processes to allow the team to move quickly and reliably.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
