As Junior HR Officer, you will support the HR Business Partner team, that will coach you, guide you and help you grow every day. You will be able to develop a thorough understanding of the HR functions and stakeholders in a large international firm as well as our HR Business Partner processes and policies across different departments.
Your responsibilities:
- Participate to the accuracy and operational delivery of the end-to-end HR Business Partner processes in close collaboration with our HRBP team (Reports per department, Cross-teams projects, etc.);
- You will be responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to help streamline all processes;
- Manage and keep up to date HR data in our HR systems;
- Support and participate to the evaluation process organization;
- Support the HR Business Partner team in the Talent Digital transformation by being involved in performance improvement projects;
- Closely collaborate with other HR teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery;
- Provide periodic reports and statistics and PowerPoint presentations;
- Provide administrative support and assistance to our HR Business Partner team in their day-to-day tasks;
Your profile:
- You hold a Degree in Business Administration, Information System or Human Resources and a first experience would be an asset;
- You are fluent in English and French (any other language would be considered as an asset);
- Ideally first experience in working with an HRIS such as SAP-SuccessFactors, Peoplesoft or Workday;
- Ideally you also have experience using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, etc;
- You are able to handle sensitive matters and ensure confidentiality;
- You know how to work autonomously and prioritize tasks;
- You are well organized, flexible, team player and have excellent communication skills;
- You are willing to learn and to develop your skills about HR and your technical capability.
