About the RoleYou will be responsible for the acquisition, onboarding, and early lifecycle management of Mid-Market merchants.
What You’ll Do- Clearly communicate the value of Uber Direct to Mid-Market accounts.
 - Build, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
 - Analyze operational metrics to ensure the reliability of orders.
 - Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals (both financial and qualitative).
 - Use critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate complex challenges.
 - Act as an ambassador for Uber’s mission, brand, and products—serving as a problem solver for both partners and team members.
 
Basic Qualifications:- At least 2 years of experience in sales, operations management, key account management, or business development within a large company or growing startup.
 - Experience in sales and account management.
 - Strong business acumen and good judgment, with the ability to handle financial data and make strategic decisions.
 - Empathy and the ability to quickly build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
 - High adaptability and the ability to execute quickly—able to pivot from long-term strategy to immediate tactical actions.
 - A meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team player who thrives on building businesses and prioritizing key sales activities.
 - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on retaining value.
 - Basic proficiency in Google Sheets & Analytics.
 - Advanced proficiency in English.
 
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Salesforce.
 - Basic proficiency in SQL.
 - Familiarity with CRM platforms.
