About the Role

As anat, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing strategic merchant partnerships across key verticals, including restaurants, grocery, and retail in Mexico! You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and ensuring a seamless handoff to post-sales teams.


What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—with enterprise and mid-market merchants across retail, grocery, and restaurant verticals.

  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions and product demos with senior decision-makers to understand business needs and deliver tailored Uber Direct solutions.

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound strategies, lead qualification, and close collaboration with marketing and SDR teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, product, and account management teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term merchant success.

  • Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.

  • Demonstrated success closing new business or upselling within large accounts.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.

  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities with ease.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English .

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, logistics, last-mile delivery, or SaaS/tech platform models.

  • Experience working in a matrixed or highly cross-functional environment.

  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools for merchant insights and performance tracking.

  • Sales Execution: pipeline development, qualification, and closing strategies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: relationship building, influencing, and executive presence.

  • Operational Collaboration: cross-functional coordination for seamless merchant launches.

  • Strategic Thinking: aligning merchant goals with Uber Direct’s capabilities.
