Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
2 years of experience in compliance.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience in program management in technical cross-functional projects, including planning, execution, estimation, risk management and stakeholder management.
3 years of experience working in a software development team developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, bug triage, setting technical goals and negotiating technical trade-offs between teams.
Experience in improving operational excellence, product excellence, equity, and accessibility.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical groups.
