- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, computer science course material or IT administration playbooks).
- Experience writing and editing instructional documents, user guides, playbooks, methods of procedures or start guides.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and advocate for the user when prioritizing work.
- Ability to learn and document new technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork management skills.
