· Be responsible for planning, executing and maintaining the Customer Loyalty programs (Advantage Tier Structure, discounts & associated benefits) that delivers overall value to customers.
· Plan and execute initiatives to drive increased utilisation of Rewards points earned by Drs across the portfolio.
· Work closely with the Market and Regional cross functional teams to create and execute best in class recognition programs via Align products and events, or through any other events/ activities.
· Work closely with the Global team to implement any changes to the overall Customer Loyalty platforms and points redemption process.
Support the execution of Ortho channel marketing programs
· Be responsible for running Ortho marketing campaigns in close coordination with the other Regional and Market stakeholders
· Work closely with the Sales Enablement Team and be responsible for creation of appropriate Sales Tools to be used by the sales teams for effective value selling
· Support local teams on in-market execution to drive adoption and utilization of professional marketing tools.
· Ensure all marketing content, assets receive the needed marketing/ clinical/ legal/ regulatory approvals.
· Ensure relevant marketing support material is available to the respective markets.
In this role, you’ll need …
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree would be preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience is required. Relevant experience in managing Customer Loyalty Programs and executing Marketing campaigns/initiatives is preferred. Experience in running Analytics is required.
  • Strong implementation skills, excellent in execution and attention to detail. Be very organised in managing and coordinating multiple projects, with ability to balance multiple deadlines.
  • Having strong stakeholder management experience is preferred with demonstrated strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed. Other languages like Mandarin, Japanese or Korean will be advantageous to work with counterparts across the region.
  • Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs. Knowledge of Salesforce, and simple creative and video editing tools would be a bonus.

  • Report to Associate Director, Professional Marketing Ortho Channel, APAC
  • Collaborate with APAC Marketing (Ortho & GP channels, Consumer, Marketing Excellence), Clinical Education, Business Analytics, Business Ops, and Sales Training.
  • Work with Global and other support functions (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT)
  • Support local marketing teams for implementation
  • Work with agencies
This position is based out of APAC/Singapore, however, we are flexible in terms of the locations in some APAC markets, depending on the qualifications and experience of the applicants.
