Ideal Candidate Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, planning, and executing of growth strategies, and bundled solutions, to serve C&I customers.
- Provide specialized knowledge and expertise around energy efficiency, resiliency, power solutions, and microgrids.
- Financial expertise and can communicate life cycle analysis of a capital, energy savings, design-build, and energy-as-a-service projects.
- Understands the synergies between microgrids, battery storage, solar, energy efficiency and site services.
- Working knowledge of facility-related aspects such as facility infrastructure, microgrids and the power required to support site operations and sustainability.
- Familiarity with regional power transmission markets, utility rate structures, time of use tariffs, federal and regional incentive programs for solar PV, battery storage, and microgrids.
- Analyze requests for quotations (RFQ), including commercial and technical specifications, to develop/update standardized solutions and offerings.
- Develop relationships with prospective internal and external clients to demonstrate Honeywell’s expansive value proposition and holistic services offerings.
- Team selling within and other business units to grow the overall sales offering.
Portfolio Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer segmentation to identify portfolio gaps, opportunities, and trends.
- Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability.
Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through to end-of-life decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and finance to define product roadmaps and ensure timely execution of portfolio initiatives.
- Drive product innovation, differentiation, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain competitive advantage.
Financial and Business Performance:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, market share, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management to optimize portfolio performance and resource allocation.
- Make data-driven decisions and recommendations for resource allocation, portfolio prioritization, and investment strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior management on portfolio strategy, performance, and market trends.
- Present portfolio strategies, business cases, and performance updates to key stakeholders, including board of directors and investors.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive portfolio success.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and portfolio analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the product portfolio management team.
- Foster a high-performance team environment focused on achieving business goals and delivering exceptional results.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
- Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience managing BESS and/or Solar PV products.
