Key Responsibilities:
As our Vaccines Market Access Specialist, you will play an essential role in shaping and executing our vaccine strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Market Access Manager and other functional teams to build and execute our vaccines portfolio strategy.
- Supporting tender strategy to ensure our vaccines reach the widest range of patients in the Hungarian National Immunization Program.
- Engaging in annual tactical planning to maximize revenue and organizational impact.
- Participating in local and national procurements, shaping reimbursement strategies for our vaccines portfolio, and supporting new vaccine launches.
- Assisting in vaccine forecasting, planning processes, and tender document preparation.
- Maintaining meticulous records of tender submissions, contracts, and pricing information in compliance with local regulations.
- Preparing strategic one-pagers and letters, as well as creating engaging presentations to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making.
- Managing stakeholder relationships with payors, municipalities, wholesalers, vendors, and industry associations to ensure smooth cooperation in vaccine procurements and campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Human Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strategic and value-based thinking, with the ability to prioritize and implement actionable plans.
- A pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- A solid understanding of the Hungarian healthcare system and infectious disease prevention.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A valid B-category driving license.
- Computer literacy at a user level.
