Consulting - Technology Consulting - Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) - Technology Modernization - Manager (Multiple Positions) (1507797), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

Assist clients to translate strategy into actionable technical design, and transformation planning/mobilization. Advise on financial services enterprises and transform, modernize, and improve the operating capability of clients’ technology functions through safe acceleration of their business strategy. Help clients conduct current state assessments and business case for change. Modernize all forms of Infrastructure and Operations. Transform from Bare Metal through Cloud and up through AI operations. Simplify, redesign, and automate IT industry operating and governance models. Provide a full suite of Resiliency and Recovery services with tools to help support an always on environment. Manage standalone engagements or workstreams on large multi-stream engagements through service delivery, identifying future sales opportunities, and supporting practice development activities. Help clients sustain competitive advantage and profitability by developing strategies to stay ahead of the rapid pace of change and disruption and supporting the execution of complex transformations.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.Must have 3 years of experience in 4 of the following managing projects:
• budgeting and managing the schedule
• client relationship development and management
• team leadership and management
• communicating strategically around key issues
• conflict resolution internal or externally
• consensus building across stakeholder groups.


Must have 3 years of work experience at a financial services company delivering advisory services on IT infrastructure or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services on IT infrastructure.

Must have 4 years of experience with complex information systems and technology organizations.

Must have 3 years of experience communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and/or Visio.

Must have 3 years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Cloud computing
• Data Center operations management
• DevOps and CI/CD;
• IT Strategy
• Software Development Methodologies, Agile
• BCP/DR
• IT Operations and operating model
• IT infrastructure strategy, IT infrastructure architecture, IT infrastructure governance/operating model, and/or IT infrastructure engineering
• IT governance, risk, and controls
• IT Operations or Service Management Tools and Platforms
• IT monitoring tools and platforms
• IT process improvement.


Must have 3 years of experience in at least 4 of the following delivery skills:
• Project scoping/sizing
• Team Staffing with the appropriate skill set
• Subject matter direction and guidance to a team
• Communications management with project sponsors
• Delivery management of an engagement workstream
• Experience in managing and/or supporting application rationalization and/or dispositioning efforts
• Experience applying knowledge of IT functions and IT operations to enable effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline.
