You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work on a hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will impact the healthcare packaging industry in LatinAmerica by providing innovative solutions that improve patient safety, productprotection, and supply chain efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the Latin Americanregion, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
• Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic account plansto drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts andcollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Support customer developmentthrough the deployment of the technical tools and services provided byHoneywell. Collaborate with end users to facilitate the following processes:package concept development, material selection, package characterization,tooling/equipment design and commercialization.
• Provide technicalsupport to OEM of packaging machinery, tooling, contract manufacturers,converters, and Pharma end user companies to ensure that optimum performance isachieved from Aclar® laminates.
• Function as SubjectMatter Expert (SME) and represent Honeywell HC&P at industry trade shows,technical seminars, luncheons, workshops, etc.
• Oversea and / or execute design of development studies /protocols, data review and technical reports generated as a result ofapplication development activities and provides recommendations which aresupported by this analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback toidentify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with aproven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
• Minimum 5 years direct technical experience in packagingdevelopment, thermoforming applications of multi-layer laminate barriermaterials and/or machinery related to pharmaceutical blister packaging.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
•Hands-on manufacturing development experience with thermoforming combined withdemonstrated trouble shooting skills with proven ability to diagnose customerneeds/pain points and apply "problem solving” skills to identify rootcause corrective action plans.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Minimum of a BE/BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Polymer Science, Plastics
• Engineering or related field with at least 5 years experience in package development of thermoform pharmaceutical blister packaging, film manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry or packaging related industry.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the Latin American region
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth andachieve sales targets
• Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptionalservice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing markettrends
