Your role:

  • Serve as the primary representative of Services Delivery on the Enterprise Client Executive Team, working closely with Philips leadership and customer executives to execute multi-year strategic engagements.

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including internal Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams as well as customer resources, to meet customer expectations and achieve strategic goals across multiple sites.

  • Communicate project progress through comprehensive updates and plans, including Change Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Analysis, and Governance Plans, ensuring alignment and transparency with all stakeholders.

  • Guide customers through their change management processes to support the seamless implementation of Philips products and services, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Support pre-sales activities to determine the feasibility of solutions, manage resources effectively, and deliver measurable results in customer satisfaction, project timelines, and revenue recognition.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration, preferably within a healthcare environment such as Healthcare IT or Patient Monitoring.

  • Your skills include proficiency in MS Project or equivalent tools, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to influence diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent education/experience. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is required within six months of hire; additional certifications in LEAN, Kepner-Tregoe, or ITIL are ideal.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

  • You’re a collaborative leader with robust negotiation skills, a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $125,020 to $214,320

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $131,600 to $225,600

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $138,180 to $236,880

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $147,392 to $252,672
