Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree inElectrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline with provenexperience in RTL coding and logic designOR equivalent experience.

Other Qualifications:

• • 0-2 years ofexperienceinASICdesign and/or verification
