Job Description
1. 医療機器の据付・定期点検・修理作業
2. 顧客の問題を迅速かつ効果的にエスカレーションする
3. 顧客・社内への迅速な報告・提案を実施する
4. エンジニアの業務に必要な技術・・調査報告書作成スキルと知識を育成する
5. 担当機器の技術力向上に継続的に取り組む
6. 品質方針に基づいて特定された機器の安全性の問題を報告する
7. 保守・修理業務に関する顧客への提案・修理請求作業
【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より 6 ヶ月）
【就業場所】日本全国 Open（現時点では川越）
【就業時間】9:00～17:30 ※フレックス制度の対象となります。（コアタイムなし）
【休憩時間】原則として 12:00～13:00
【休日】毎週土（所定休日）、日曜日（法定休日）、国民の祝日、年末年始（12 月 29 日～
1 月 4 日）
【休暇】年次有給休暇 初年度最大 20 日間付与（入社月によって変動あり）、Care Leave（年
間最大 10 日間付与）、Sick Leave ほか
【時間外労働】あり ※通常残業 20～60 時間ほど
