Provide operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, where appropriate
Manage account opening / onboarding process with onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients
Support Bankers with updating account documentation / authorities & Sig Lists on an ad hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process
Help with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients including subscription and content management
Help with team projects and admin (weekly flows commentary, pipeline reporting etc.)
Support to resolve ad hoc client queries and standard reporting
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
University degree, preferably in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent)
Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
Good judgment and problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
