Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in solutions architecture related roles in consumer products.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Experience managing strategic projects with transformational or organizational impact across multiple verticals, industries, or geographical areas.
- Ability to lead in project efficiency, identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to support team scalability and growth.
- Ability to manage ambiguous strategic and operational programs with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, and build relationships to achieve broader organizational goals.
