What you will accomplish:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the eBay Certified Refurbished Program, increasing its footprint and sales volume.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, customer service, marketing, and legal to enhance the program's offerings and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and refurbishers, providing support and guidance to ensure their success within the program.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that all refurbished products meet eBay's quality and certification standards.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new program participants, including vetting and training.
  • Create and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and sales of certified refurbished products.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance, challenges, and progress towards strategic goals.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Validated experience in program management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of the refurbished electronics market and consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful programs or partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel and Powerpoint) combined with strong presentation skills
