Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the eBay Certified Refurbished Program, increasing its footprint and sales volume.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, customer service, marketing, and legal to enhance the program's offerings and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and refurbishers, providing support and guidance to ensure their success within the program.
Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that all refurbished products meet eBay's quality and certification standards.
Lead the onboarding process for new program participants, including vetting and training.
Create and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and sales of certified refurbished products.
Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance, challenges, and progress towards strategic goals.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Validated experience in program management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong understanding of the refurbished electronics market and consumer electronics industry.
Proven track record of leading successful programs or partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently and run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel and Powerpoint) combined with strong presentation skills
