Fluency in German is highly preferred and one or more of French, Spanish, Italian languages is a plus.Key job responsibilities
- Own partner engagement through mechanisms like weekly partner reviews, joint scorecards, NPS deep-dive, close looping and reporting on key performance metrics
- Own and execute 'Walk the Store' for Partner stores, lead deep-dives, develop anecdote/data-driven insights
- Handle a high volume of engagements and interactions

- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Fluency in German; One or more of French, Spanish, Italian languages is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Retail business and/or Operations, Vendor Management
- Relationships and network in the EU retail industry
