Your key responsibilities as an Oder Management Specialist
Order Management:
- Consignment & Backlog management
- Critical orders & Downs follow-up
- Invoice & billing queries, TKM Billing support
- Customer ERP data integrity & pricing data alignment
- Customs and Contract repair support
Customer and Account Team Support:
- Point of contact for customers regarding Spares operational issues and escalation management
- Pre-Sales support
- Managing escalations from internal customer
Billing:
- On time billing for customer accounts on time (monthly + weekly pre-reconciliation).
- Ensure Ship Not Billed activity/billing aging is minimum. Find solutions when discrepancies are discovered.
- Responsible to manage and resolve customer inquiries/dispute in collaboration with local Customer Service team and Sales team.
Inventory Management:
- Ensure 100% alignment between customer and Applied Materials system (Quarterly book to Book – Yearly Physical inventory)
Reverse Logistics:
- Process all reverse supply chain and failure analysis.
Your education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum of 5 years working experience in customer service
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, general business processes in spare parts & service industry would be appreciated.
- Tools: Microsoft officeproduct,Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivots, VLOOKUP’s, Charts etc.), SAP/CRM experience
- Fluent in English and additional language would be an advantage
- Customer focus, empathy, active listening, patience in order to build positive relationships
- Strong communication skill, curiousity, team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Semiconductor experience and Project Management experience is beneficial as well
- Location: Dresden, Germany, other European locations, or working from home is possible.
