As a Product ManagementManager withinthe M365 Messaging team, your role will be instrumental in driving improvements and innovations for messaging, including both real-time and email communications. You will lead cross-team efforts to define, gather, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders including customers, marketing, legal, and partner teams. You will gain insights and make data driven decisions to improve the reliability and quality of our infrastructure. Your strategic planning will influence the capabilities and the roadmap used to prioritize our engineering investments to help us continuea first-class messaging platform for our first party, as well as third party partners and applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products for developers and customers.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ year(s) people management experience.

• Anticipating customers’ unmet or unknown needs.
• Building experiences across multiple feature areas across divisional boundaries to addresshighly complexcustomer needs and/or market opportunities.
• Developing product strategy and roadmap,drivingand delivering features from ideation to launch.
• Identifyinggaps in a platform, service, or process that act as barriers to achieving the team’sobjectives.
• Resolving complex problems that require alignment of cross-organizational strategy and securing commitment beyond your immediate team.
• Leading and providing clarity during periods of uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Ensuring that investments in features and enhancements deliver theanticipatedvalue to customers and align with Microsoft's businessobjectives.
