In this role, you will engage with our most strategicAI Drivenand M365 Copilot, to unlock productivity by using Teams as the organizing layer in their organizations. You will work directly withadvising them on the right approach to solve their problems, using a toolbox of platform capabilities across a suite of Microsoft technologies. As part of this work, you willsignals voice ofsignals that are vital to improving our product offering, which you will relay and advocate for, with partner engineering feature teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience working with web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, or other highly technical areas.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Be the voice of ourcustomers, guiding the roadmaps of dependent feature teams to ensure we stay ahead in the game, by influencing our platform and extensibility vision around how best to evolve our developer offering.
• Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-group and cross-discipline projects to successful completion.
• Develop collateral for Rhythm of Business activities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
