JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
•Create pipeline around the above growth vectors and support the Regional Sales team to close them to Grow Services business
•Provide support in the strategy and development of Migration Account Plans (MAPS) for customers with Honeywell install base. These include solutions for, but are not limited to, core Distributed Control Systems , Network Infrastructure, Advanced Controls, Connected Systems and Cyber Security. •Strong focus and technical knowledge on Software solutions like TRACE, Digital PRIME, Cyber Security solutions , Experion Software Suite and applications.
•Participate in New Product Initiatives (NPI) programs, reviewing and supporting the NPI process.
•Should be able to articulate Value to Customers for Migrations , Initiatives like Workforce Excellence, Connected PLC Migrations , Outcome (Assurance 360) Periodic Programs , Cyber Security Solutions , Software solutions, Safety solutions as part of the overall pitch to the customers.
•Coach internal and external audiences on different Technical Offerings and Value associated to them. Should be able to articulate end to end Value of the offering not limited to Migrations.
•Develop and champion best-in-class sales training
•Provide Technical Demonstrations and Facilitate Customer Solution Design Workshops.
•Support and guide Sales, proposal & estimating teams to develop scope of work for accurate and timely sales pursuit proposals.
•Present technical / commercial business cases at multiple levels of the customer organization.
•Interface with Solutions Offering & Marketing Teams on various campaigns, strategy, voice of customer sessions, to provide data for sales collaterals.
•Demonstrated ability to continuously upgrade skills and knowledge on Honeywell’s and its competitor’s product offerings and solutions. •Based on customer requirements, the ability to present wall-to-wall project execution plans addressing all phases of the customer project
•Participate or support the front-end technical teams in data collation and on-site surveys for PLC migration projects.
•Foster a strong cross vertical relationship, establish close collaboration with other consultants serving all the HPS businesses The annual base salary range for this position is $121,000-$151,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. •8+ Years of Relevant Experience in Business Development, Honeywell Process Systems - Products and Solutions, experience, especially around
oTDC2000/3000 / TPS Systems
oExperion PKS Suite •8+ years of automation work experience in the Process or Manufacturing Industries (Oil & Gas - Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals
•Strong knowledge around Software suite of products and positioning especially TRACE, Digital PRIME,Cyber Security solutions , Experion Software Suite and applications.
•Knowledge of PLC Architecture and Functionality
•Knowledge of Honeywell’s Advanced Control Software, e.g., PHD, Dynamo, CPM, FDM, etc.
•Knowledge of Virtualization Applications and Concepts
•Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechatronics
•Sound Technical Knowledge on Distributed Control Systems, Safety Systems and Their Interface to HMI/SCADA
•Application Engineering Skills for our domains
•Experience in Interfacing with Customers, Engineering Procurement Construction Contractors (EPC) Consulting Engineering Company, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Interface, System Integration Experience
•Control System Platform Migration Project experience
•Experience in a Management and Solution Consulting Organization
•Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
•Knowledge of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) and it’s competitor’s Product and Services Portfolio
•Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
•Proficiency in developing and working in Global Environments
•Self-starter capable of managing multiple customers and engagements
•Demonstration of strong communication skills- written and verbal
•Demonstrated ability to Architect Complex Architectures and Value Proposition for Large and Complex Deals
•Ability to function in a multifunctional, collaborative Team environment
•Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate effectively across language & cultural landscapes
•Ability to influence across functions & business groups to implement, drive and inspire change
•Work effectively with internal/ external management and customers
