Manager, Knowledge Center Services for HPM
As the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Knowledge Center Services Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal stakeholders, team members and healthcare professionals have the knowledge, training, and resources needed to effectively use our monitoring devices. By bridging internal expertise with external clinical needs, the manager plays a key role in enhancing patient care and optimizing the use of our monitoring solutions.
Your role:
- Develops and implements a comprehensive Knowledge Center Services (KCS) program aligned with the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) goals and objectives. Gather requirements and data from users of the KCS program (both internally and externally).
- Prioritizes and manages requirements with other stakeholders. Ensures that backlog of KCS requirements are pruned, accepted, and completed by responsible groups.
- Manages the success of the KCS program - Identify what's working, what's not and take action to resolve issues. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in knowledge management to continuously evolve the KCS program.
- Works cross functionally to develop standards for knowledge content within New product and solution introduction projects (NPI/NSI) - especially within the HPM categories to integrate KCS best practices into our solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration between different departments to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the KCS program.
You're the right fit if:
- You have 5+ years experience of knowledge centered services, with a proven track record of managing complex healthcare information systems and optimizing data-driven decision making.
- Your skills include a strong understanding of knowledge management principles & best practices; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You have proficiency in using knowledge management tools and software as well as project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $96,160,000 to $154,560.
