Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in cost, planning, estimating or commercial project controls.
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 2+ years field/construction experience

Other Requirements

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (cost, planning, estimating, or commercial).
• Deep understanding of the datacenter design build
• Analytical capability to identify opportunities to optimize the cost and schedule.
• Collaborative leadership approach
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and exhibit agility
• Team builder with ability to coach and mentor others
• Growth mindset to promote scalability and efficiency.
• Execution experience with proved track record: Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight of the project controls team scope.

The Director Project Controls - Americas will concentrate on strategic and innovative projects, ensuring consistency across project controls around the globe. This is a large-scale, fast paced program and the scope includes full engineering, procurement, construction, fit out, and commissioning.
