As a Senior Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. General Responsibilities:
Partner with senior Tech/Product Leaders across one or more Divisions to develop a multi-year international labor strategy inclusive of Associate and NAL (Contractor) teams
Partner cross-functionally with Tech/Product Leaders, Chiefs of Staff, Labor Champions, and Finance to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to inform international hiring plans
Lead intake, approvals, and readiness activities for all candidate projects to ensure international hiring is well-managed and adheres to all required controls
Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure projects are an appropriate fit for target geography and horizontal roles are able to support on-time delivery
Develop and maintain a 1+ year labor demand forecast and provide regular updates regarding progress against that forecast, key impediments, and potential adjustments to the plan
Exhibit outstanding communication and partnership skills to influence key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Ensure hiring/staffing status is communicated transparently with the appropriate level of detail for target audience
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 8 years of Project Management experience
At least 1 year of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
9+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Labor Champion, Tech or Product Staffing, or related role
2+ years of experience with labor data or recruiting pipeline reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior audiences
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
