Who you’ll be working with:

The Solution Technical Support Expert will be an integral part of the R&D group, responsible for alleviating the development teams from ongoing support tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of our complex system, the ability to see the whole picture, and the expertise to manage support tasks independently.

As a Cognyter you will:

• System Expertise: Understand and oversee the entire system flow, providing comprehensive support.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Read code, analyze logs, write scripts for debugging, and handle automation environments.
• Communication: Share information and status updates clearly and precisely in wide audience meetings.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with various interfaces and teams to ensure seamless support operations

For that mission you’ll need:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technical support or similar role within an R&D environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Networking, Linux, Python, and C++; ability to read and understand code and logs
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Self-Management: Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
