Description
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate those needs into actionable space requirements that support strategic objectives- Develop and implement innovative solutions that reflect the latest trends in workplace design and technology- Conduct research, analyze data, identify key trends, and prepare reports to inform data-based decisions to drive improvements across Real Estate & Development- Be a thought partner with Real Estate & Development senior leaders to surface actionable insights and recommendations based on Workplace Analytics’ capabilities and reporting
Key Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead, inspire and mentor teams
  • Proven track record of successfully completing challenging projects and managing multiple priorities
  • Negotiating experience, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial, analytical, and creative problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand/influence the business and build effective partnerships
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and data sets to identify challenges, solutions, and present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to build internal networks and work cross-functionally
Education & Experience
BA or BS or equivalent
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,600 and $311,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
