Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Inspects and manages the health of the bench to ensure succession for the organization, while supporting enterprise talent needs

  • Trains and develops team to progress in role and advance on team and within the organization
  • Maintains strong marketand industryknowledge – financing trends (pricing, structure)and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Drives strong client selectivity
  • Drives loan growth and credit revenue and returns; Actively manages asset quality to protect the bank
  • Maintains strong data accuracy
  • Leads leveraged lending activities
