Conducting data analysis and building target audience for each event or sponsorship
Carrying out the brand message throughout the sponsorship or event
Being responsible for driving cross-functional teams to leverage the communications and processes required to execute events successfully and maximize brand awareness
Working closely with EY Türkiye’s Brand, Marketing and Communication team, external designers and agencies to create effective event advertising and marketing materials
Evaluating event and sponsorship success through analytical and qualitative assessments
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields
1-2 years’ experience in event and sponsorship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
Strong planning and coordination skills in addition to hands-on event management
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work as a part of team
Design knowledge such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc. will be plus
Outside the box thinking ability
Having driving licence and ability to drive actively
