Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Build statistical models to analyse data and deliver actionable insights to business users.
- Design and implement solutions to streamline and improve existing processes.
- Work with sophisticated and large datasets, preparing them for analytical consumption.
- Collaborate with leaders and business users to define KPIs and metrics, and build balanced reporting solutions.
- Take initiative and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Must-Have Abilities:
- Data visualisation and integration
- Advanced Power BI skills, including embedded Power BI server skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server
- Statistical analysis
Advantageous Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS /JavaScript / Typescript
- Experience with Angular / Node.js / React
- Familiarity with Business Objects
About You:
- Recent graduate or in your final year of studies towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Proficient in English
- Strong quantitative abilities and experience with database management and data analysis
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, a great teammate with a can-do attitude
- Self-starter who can work under stress with accuracy
- Eligible to live and work in Poland without visa support or sponsorship
