As a Lead ProjectEngineer – Aerospace Technologies here at Honeywell, you will play a criticalrole in leading and managing engineering projects within the Aerospaceindustry. Your expertise in project management and coordination will ensure thesuccessful execution and delivery of aerospace projects, while aligning themwith business goals and customer requirements. You will report directly to our EngineeringManager and work out of our location in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you willhave a significant impact on the success of our Aerospace business by drivingoperational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement andinnovation, and delivering high-quality results in the aerospace industry.

-Lead and manage aerospace engineering projects from initiation to completion -Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
-Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact aerospace project delivery -Prepare and present aerospace project status reports to stakeholders

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
-Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace project engineering or related roles
-Proven track record of successfully delivering complex aerospace engineering projects on time and within budget
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic aerospace environment
-Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including change and risk management
-Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the aerospace industry
-Attention to detail and ability to prioritize aerospace tasks effectively
