Account Manager
who can join this exciting growing program and play a pivotal role in driving scale and success. As an eBay Live Account Manager, you will work closely with our sellers to help them succeed on this exciting new platform in partnership with our category managers. This role will be working closely with our collectibles category to start.


Seller acquisition management:

  • Support in the creation of playbooks / refined criteria to prioritize sellers into eBay Live

  • Oversee pipeline and conversion health in partnership with business development, category managers and Live operations teams

Seller / relationship management:

  • Manage portfolio of sellers on an ongoing basis, conducting regular reviews of performance and managing toward goals

  • Deeply understand the needs of and collaborate with individual sellers to support their growth and increased engagement on eBay Live

  • Create reports on key success metrics and regularly report to seller partners and eBay leadership. Metrics should be related to, but not limited to, financial targets and seller individual goals.

Support scalable seller growth model:

  • Work with cross-functional internal partners to resolve seller issues and find opportunities in the selling journey

  • Partner with category managers on opportunities to highlight sellers and assortments through exclusive product offerings and promotions on eBay Live on a scalable way

  • Develop scalable models that allow for sellers to grow their businesses on eBay and eBay Live across programming, scaling, inventory and transactional formats.

  • Project manage execution workstreams related to seller needs

What you will bring:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant ecommerce experience working directly with sellers and retailers, e.g., category management, account management, business operations

  • Proven track record leading multiple priorities simultaneously with minimumguidance

  • Ability to articulate vision and purpose for the initiatives and programs.

  • Strong project management, organization, and partner engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute projects

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sellers and internal team members

  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet in person with accounts (up to 15% of month)
