Key Responsibilities

• 
  Warehouse & Freight Management: Optimize layout and space utilization within the warehouse to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Cost Analysis & Control: Analyze costs associated with warehouse & freight operations, such as labor, equipment, utilities and assessories
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses/assessories charges while maintaining service levels.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and Freight vendors. Partner with sourcing on contracts and service agreements to ensure competitive pricing and service levels
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse and TMS processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse & TMS performance.
• Productivity Project Management Partner with freight management team and responsible for Productivity project reports in value

• Significant experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
• Significant experience in Supervision/Managerial role
• Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
• Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
• Independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
• Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
