Description
• Manage the 3PLs OTP performance, freight spent, SOW compliance in accordance to Apple’s requirements.• Drive the 3PLs(s) towards operations excellence on areas such as, but not limited to, operations execution, losses and damage, and continuous improvement program.• Identify areas for process improvement and innovation; Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions.• Partner with 3PLs during key events such as new product launches and promotions to ensure a flawless and successful execution.• Drive periodic review of 3PLs’ end-to-end platform to ensure support towards scalability and growth. • Prioritize and multi-task effectively to provide strategic and tactical support for projects, and support the cross functional teams in capital projects as the subject market expert.• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management to recommend cutting-edge solutions.• Analyze current supply chain processes to identify gaps and opportunities. Propose strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.• Collaborate with 3PLs for critical initiatives around speed, capacity management, volume fluctuations, cost savings, process/system.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Equivalent proven experience will be considered.
  • Min 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain with in-depth functional knowledge of key logistics processes.
  • Language: fluent writing and speaking in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Equipped with strong business and operations knowledge to the China retail market, Including but not limited to B2B, and B2C such as new retail and traditional e-commerce.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing needs or requirements.
  • Strong vendor management skills and working experience with major 3PLs in CN or overseas.
  • Experience in solution or process improvement in supply chains, with examples of solutions implemented to drive service level, process efficiency and cost savings.
  • Proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects and strong track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering presentations, with the ability to explain complex solutions and technical aspects clearly and concisely to both executives and end-users.
  • Positive energy and attitude with a thirst for personal growth.
  • Experience in B2C leading company is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills equipping with the knowledge of system supporting tools such as Tableau, SAP, Business objects (or equivalent) and database skills.
