Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $32.16 - $64.90 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $43.08 - $71.25 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Calendar Management of the Deputy General Counsel (DGC) of CELA Gaming & Consumer Sales and four Assistant General Counsels (AGCs) with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to each leader’s priorities and commitments.
  • Travel Management: Manage domestic and international travel scheduling end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of logistics and itineraries. Works with appropriate contact/tool to coordinate travel arrangements (e.g., accommodation, transportation, security).
  • Create detailed itineraries/agendas for daily activities by setting and managing travel expectations to maximize trip productivity. Manage all travel logistics and maximize trip itineraries.
  • Headcount Management: manages headcount management activities in collaboration with Business Manager(s) and/or Chiefs of Staff including creating positions, transfers/departures, reporting, onboarding, offboarding, and transactions within headcount management tools.
  • Resource Management: Manage resource procurement for teams including purchasing equipment, services, and supplies, creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Distribution and security group ownership and management.
  • Event Management: Collaborate on planning and support of DGC and each AGC’s team’s specific events, including morale events and other group meetings as needed.
  • Office Space: Maintains and manages up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces (e.g., office locations/desk assignments, private conference rooms, seasonally transitional spaces, remote/location status), including move coordination.
  • Rhythm of Business (ROB): Partners with leader(s) to building and managing annual rhythm of business (ROB).
    Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Strengthens their network (internally and externally) across organizations to enable their team and leader’s work. Uses executive maturity and independent insight judgment, discretion, business insights, and perspectives to direct and prepare staff to distribute information to their teams and/or supported leader.
  • Balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines, while maintaining executional and operational excellence within the business and across business groups as applicable.
