Description
Your responsibilities are to support and assist a Senior leader and their team with administrative tasks This role demands heavy calendar management using Apple Calendar and requires mastery of manipulating daily calendars, resilience, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities You will coordinate regularly with other Executives’ schedules and Admins, across Apple You will work with many cross-functional teams to aid in scheduling, and planning short and long-range projects of varying complexity You will be expected to balance and prioritize a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness You will be expected to setup up and organize occasional larger team-wide meetings on and off campus and run day-of logistics You will be answering correspondence and redirecting as needed to teams and individuals within Apple You will organize domestic travel multiple times a month and international travel on occasion You will also be expected to submit or manage expense reports as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years administrative experience and 2 years supporting Director-level or higher is required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Possess a “can do” attitude and comfortable operating as part of a greater team of administrative assistants that support one another
  • Enjoys challenging calendar management tasks while prioritizing many competing requests with minimal guidance
  • Accustomed to problem-solve issues in a timely manner and proactively communicate decisions to appropriate individuals
  • Extremely organized and has an exceptional response rate and willingness to be available after business hours on occasion
  • Great reputation for working in a team environment and acting with integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong sense of professionalism
  • Ability to exercise good judgement when exposed to highly confidential information
  • Experienced at booking complicated international/domestic travel and willingness to travel if required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools are a plus
  • Excellent negotiation skills and comfortable with pushing back are a big plus
  • Interest in learning and growing with the team and ability to proactively look for ways to help the team to function more smoothly across multiple locations is a plus
  • Interest and creativity in building team culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Experience managing multiple Directors calendars
  • Experience planning events with an anticipatory eye on what may be needed for the event
  • Possess an interest in project management, other administrative responsibilities, and adept at proactively managing and setting expectations
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
