Qualifications/Skills/Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Finance experience preferred
Minimum of ten years’ experience in trust or capital markets industry including sales and client experience to drive growth
Strong knowledge of structured products and capital markets preferred with a strategic business and market acumen
Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivation, independence, organization; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong client and operational experience, including compliance/risk/control
Team player with the ability to work closely with peer groups and stakeholders
Drive innovation and improvements to deliver service needs
Extensive external network to build and retain strong client relationships
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
