Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute product allocation, replenishment, and rotation based on the assortment plan by segmentation and key features by working closely with team.
- Track and manage product launches by store level in time
- Conductperformance analysis/review in detail with both product-based and store-based viewpoints and share with stakeholders on findings and recommendations for action plans.
- Support supervisor to identify business opportunities based on stock, sellthru results and marketing calendar.
- Support supervisor to summarize and categorize issues identified in season for action plans
- Manage availabilities and capacities in detail regarding product, delivery, stock room and inventory.
- Product lifecycle management with smart pricing/markdown and margin simulation.
- Closely communicate with store teams, RBO (Retail back office) teams for efficient trading.
Systems and Processes
Clear understanding Retail KPI and targets,and GTM
Set up regular sell-thru reports and drive in-time actions proposal
• Cooperate with IT team consistently to monitor and update all merchandising related systems(POS, BI, trading tools, etc.)

- Product Management or Merchandising experience
- Strong business acumen and analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonalandcommunication skills(both internal and external)
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Structured, organised and process oriented
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
- Result oriented. Prioritizing and completing tasks in order of importance
- High execution ability and self-management
- Fluent in English

equisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Sales are preferred.
- Merchandising experience min. 3 years (product allocation and planning experience preferred)
