Key Responsibilities
• Be the undisputed leader of the global engagement with the designated partners
• Proactively and reactively develop and maintain relationships at any level within the organizations of designated partners
• Take ownership in supporting partners with any queries using company processes to give the best experience of Salesforce and advise them according to partner agreements
• Manage proactive and reactive communications with partners through the Partners Community and all designated channels
• Develop a collaborative approach with the designated partners and key Salesforce functions like Sales, Pres Sales, Marketing and Professional Services
• Develop Business Plans in synch with all company functions and set up the adequate governance and recurrent business reviews
• Assist partners in understanding how best to pitch our technology, aligning Salesforce and Partners storytelling
• Plan comprehensive enabling programs in collaboration with internal supporting functions to improve Partner's knowledge on specific Industries & Clouds while developing Salesforce Practices Capacities and Capabilities
• Shape demand generation programs and drive the execution involving all related team members
• Liaise with internal teams and collaborators to process or action any requests from designated channel partners
• Support Partner Sales Managers in developingsales relationshipswithin Partners organizations
• Identify risks and take vital steps to mitigate subscriptions cancellations in collaboration with PSMs and Sales
• Forecast for revenues and handle any opportunities or risks
Skills and Qualifications
• Be an expert of Partner Ecosystems in the Cloud market
• Used to carefully measure the path to target maximising reporting and analytical tools
• Enjoy challenges and coming up with structured plans and ability to rigorously follow up and deliver strategic and quarterly objectives
• Have problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Be able to demonstrate organisational skills, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, for internal and external engagement
• Be relentless in their approach to managing opportunities
• A good team player with a ‘can-do’ positive attitude
• Possess excellent attention to detail and take pride in the quality of their performance
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with good interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and able to deliver at high pace in an highly dynamic, performance-focused environment
