- Experience in sales and management within the technology, advertising, and/or Internet industry.

- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.
- Experience managing business growth performance across several asian markets.
- Experience in scaling up offices from the ground up in new locations at speed.
- Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).
- Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization.
- Proven track record in relevant country director or country manager leadership roles.
