Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent International Degree
- OR Completion of a Legal Apprenticeship.
- Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.
- 3+ years experience as a practicing attorney with a law firm or in-house
- OR equivalent practice of law.
- Experience supporting complex commercial transactions.

- Able to quickly and accurately identify legal issues in a complex environment and to develop practical solutions by exercising confident judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Works efficiently, meets demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes workflow with minimal supervision, and adjusts to frequent fluctuations in workload and business imperatives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with deal team members and others on projects that cut across organizational and national boundaries.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
